Wings of Hope wishes to send our condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of Honorary Council member, General Thomas P. Stafford. General Stafford passed away on March 18, 2024, in Indian Harbor, FL at the age of 93. General Stafford embraced the mission of Wings of Hope – to change and save lives through the power of aviation – throughout his life. We are very grateful to him for his many gifts. Based in St. Louis, MO – the Medical Relief & Air Transport (MAT) program serves patients throughout the Midwest. Learn more about how the MAT program delivers hope to those who need it the most.
